Run every code gallery program.

Related to dealii/dealii#15073.

As part of the upcoming 9.7 release, we test all code gallery programs to compile and run successfully with the current master branch. We do not verify their results.

I have checked all code-gallery programs with deal.II 9.7-pre and found that 10 of 26 have issues.

The unmarked programs in the list above abort with errors, and I specified the type of error I encountered.

I have checked all code-gallery programs with deal.II 9.8-pre and found that 11 of 33 have issues, mostly the parallel programs.
(I couldn't try Parallel_Vibro-Acoustic_Solver since I do not have an installation of PETSC with complex numbers available.)
