The section "Deep Learning on Azure" is a big topic, and we need some rearrangement to allow better access.

Some topics are across items, for example, Deep Learning on Azure, is across Azure ML service, Databricks, and all others. Just wanted to flag this and gather some ideas..

@bensadeghi I'm thinking about creating a separate repo with narrower / deeper focus on AI/ML, and link it back here so that I can do some experiments there. Potentially we can take this one (Awesome-Azure-Advanced-Analytics) as an umbrella/parent repo as the name suggests. What do you think?
