User Story

As an AEDP team member, I want to understand what we're testing within the #25 pattern and how we plan to test it, so that I can create a well-informed research plan and develop relevant prototypes for effective user testing.

• Analyze the types of data (e.g., service history, benefits status) that are most relevant to dynamically tailoring form flows for individual users.
• A comprehensive outline of the existing user pain points and challenges related to the [Pattern] Help users to... Fill out shorter forms (Smart Forms) #25 pattern has been documented, with clear evidence from research or user feedback.
• A list of potential solutions or approaches to address these challenges has been identified, with supporting rationale for why each might work.
• Hypotheses have been formulated for each solution or method, outlining the expected outcomes and how these align with solving user problems.
