User Story

As an AEDP team member, I want to create a user study research plan for our design variations, so that we can gather feedback and validate which design best supports veterans' decision-making in personalized form flows.

Background

ACs

  • A draft research plan is created, outlining objectives, research questions, and methodology.
  • Screener questions are developed to ensure recruitment of the right participants.
  • A conversation guide is outlined in a draft state.

Review needed by

  • VA Product Owner
  • Product Manager
  • UX Research Team
  • Engineering Team

Definition of Done

  • Documentation has been updated, if applicable.
  • Acceptance Criteria in related issue are met.
  • Reviewers have approved.
