BUG - Sev-2 - All - Text Component Visual QA Bugs

What happened?

In #550, @jessicawoodin noted the following bugs related to the Text component:

• Heading should be left aligned like the Body text.
• Bottom spacing values are icorrect for the Headings. They don't seem to match up with Figma. Can you double check them?
• For the Display variant, I didn't see the subtle or inverse color options in Storybook. Can those be added?

Steps to Reproduce

• Load up Storybook and view Heading or Display variants

Acceptance Criteria

• Heading variant is left aligned in Storybook
• Bottom margin for each heading size match Figma
• Display variant should allow you to adjust tones
