Form Engine: UX - FBEUI - Working with added steps

User Story/Value:

As a user of the Form Builder, I need to be able to add an a step beyond the steps that are automatically inserted as the project is started. This is necessary in order to customize each project to more closely the match the paper experience. As user of this tool I may also need to adjust the inserted step based on the language of my form. Further, I may chose to delete or rearrange the step flow if I need to.

Epic Goal:

In the editorial UI of the Form Builder, the user needs to be able to add a step to express online what needs to be captured to align with the paper form (PDF).

Assumptions:

• A user of the tool (Form Builder) is signed into the CMS platform and has the authority to add to a project.
• Adding steps or removing steps is handled within the Content tab of the tool.
• A step is not added until it has been saved in the Step details screen.
• A user can only add one instance of any available step.
• The steps available only include the steps that have not already been assigned to this project (i.e. default steps won't be shown)
• A user may or may not be able to edit the parts (pattern, labels, items) that comprise a step.
• Rearranging the order of a step (of the added steps) is only accomplished in the Layout tab.
• This is part of the C (Create), R (Review), U (Update), and D (Delete) operations

Acceptance Criteria:

• Flows for add a step have been shared to the team, SMEs and PO for approval
• Mocked up screens need to be high enough fidelity to express how the system should handle new steps
• A prototype, showing the steps a user would take, has been reviewed and approved by the team as the complete and correct experience
