Alert sign-in variation - Accessibility review

Issue Description

It was decided that we need an alert sign-in variation for the forms without prefill to accommodate different content. We need to add an alert sign-in variation without pre-fill for the authenticated forms with only a login that have save in progress but do not get pre-fill because the user doesn’t have a profile.

We need to conduct a full accessibility review of the [component name] component. The component can be viewed in Storybook here: [insert Chromatic link here]
