Discovery: Syncing component maturity levels across DS

Description

Component maturity levels for a number of components are out of sync between Figma, Storybook and design.va.gov. Updating the component maturity level in each tool would be a big effort. This ticket is to do discovery to identify if we could send data between the 3 tools in a JSON file or some other way.
Part of this discovery would include identifying which tool would be the source of truth and could push the maturity level to the other tools.

Audit of the maturity levels for VADS components.

Tasks

• Research how data could be shared between design.va.gov, Storybook and Figma
• Write up findings with option(s) to address this problem
• Share with the DST and OCTO PO
• Make a recommendation

Acceptance Criteria

• Document with findings and recommendation has been shared with DST
