Experimental Design [add third header line to accordion]

What

We would like to add a third header line to the current accordion in VADS.

Purpose

We would like to add read receipts for the Veterans in SM on VA.gov. Messages are currently displayed within accordions and the first 2 lines are already used. We want Veterans to be able to see the read status while the accordion is collapsed, which would require a third line.

Usage

In this third line, we would like to add an icon and text description saying a secure message has been read by the Veteran's care team. This icon was submitted as an experimental design already.

Behavior

This third line should act similarly to the second line.
