This issue is about making support for new pseudos and it is a branch of this discussion.
I tried to make support for ECP in GAMESS format, however, I could any library like cp2k_input_tools, therefore, I wrote my own parser which parses PP only one-by-one, so filter are not necessary. Can I open pullreq?
