[FEATURE REQUEST]: add relevant tests

Feature details?

Currently, the python script that gets executed doesn't have any kind of test. Having them will help us add more features to myosc in the future and preferably fix any bugs that arise.

How to approach writing tests?:

• Use the pytest library to set up the tests execution
• Use a library to mock connections to Github API (like https://github.com/jamielennox/requests-mock)
