Extra long delays on fetch_access_token

I know this is probably a Google/faraday error, but I have been seeing exorbitant delays on the `client.authorization.fetch_access_token!` call, sometimes taking a couple of minutes. Otherwise, my connection is fine.

Is there any way to have jekyll_ga cache the token so it doesn't need to grab it on every run?
