Helm Chart: Add automated tests

Now that we are publishing a Helm chart, let's add some niceties to harden the setup and keep things maintainable.

Let's write some tests for the helm chart behaviour, and run those tests as part of CI.

I'll create a PR, and we can discuss approaches there.
