Disabling auto invite if people don't accept group additions from no one

Hi,

I hoped maybe someone can light up the situation for me here.
I have a problem that when I add people to groups, most of them don't accept auto additions, but it fallbacks to auto sending them an invite. I wanted to know if there's a feature or something that disables that (I want to send them customized messages later on)
Maybe someone found a workaround of any kind?
