High CPU usage on S905x4

Hi, all! Thanks for this amazing project and I successfully installed Ubuntu on my HK1 Rbox x4. The box runs well for days with mailserver and openwrt dockers. However, from today, CPU usage has become very high (90%+). I stopped all dockers and the CPU usage goes down (20-30%), but the box is still very slow.

I didn't find any suspicious processes. Any ideas?

update:

I noticed the CPU freq goes down from 2GHz to 1.5GHz for unknown reasons.

I forcibly set the CPU frequency to 2GHz, so it has recovered.
