Code for Automating "Enabling SSO" in freshly installed Devtron

Summary
Here I'll add the logic for enabling the SSO in my freshly installed Devtron via python script

Motivation
After this we will be able to add test cases for SSO functionality in our freshly installed devtron inside freshly created aks cluster ,this will increase our automation coverage for OSS-Installation flows.
