EES data csv files deleted

Describe the bug
The ees .csv files have been deleted (EES_daily_data.csv etc) when it appears they should have been updated as per the commit on 11th July

To Reproduce
Go to attendance-data-dashboard
/data/
History shows deletion of files

Expected behaviour
Updated files in their place, as per previous commits
