• Include slides explaining natural experiments and how to read a research model
• Include specific exercise on handbooks in remote work
• Add estimated duration of each session for planning reasons (if possible)
• Add digital submission option for summaries (booklet tool)
• Create a glossary (see example)
• Provide a PowerPoint with all the slides in the end of the semester

Link/cover different handbook cases, e.g.,

• Netflix
• Facebook
• Trello
• Zappos
