Clarify spectrum numbers in plotting routines #280
Description
We should always present the spectrum numbers ranging from 1 - N inclusive for selection by the user. However, while monitor spectra are listed in the NeXuS file as starting at monitor_1 and are therefore consistent, detector spectra are indexed from zero as they are in one enormous array object.
