This QR Code is not recognized.
I cannot use other libraries, since only zxing-cpp supports such QR Codes, but it requires C++17 and I have only C++11. So I have to use this library as the only available option.
And i know that it is a duplicate but still ask to add support. I tried to do it myself with AI, but did not succeed.
