Feature: Dynamic DNS Support

A feature should be provided to allow for dynamic DNS updates via HTTP utilizing at least one of the popular protocols such as DynDNS2. This feature should allow for an arbitrary amount of update credential sets to be created which can then be assigned to one or more records of any zone the principal holds appropriate permissions for.
