如此即可实现构建完成在对方设备同步且运行

其他功能：

在 SyncTool 的服务端，优化控制台输出，作为一个输出版。只输出当前的监听端口信息，以及连接的客户端，连接的客户端的状态，比如正在同步什么文件，只输出一行。以及提示可接收输入的命令

在服务端支持接收命令输入要求所有客户端强行同步内容，确保输入的内容是一定被同步

客户端执行多次同步之后，需要告诉服务端，要求来一次全面的同步

记录 ClientName 的时候将 IP 记录，很多时候机器名没有什么用
