Minor edit: Move property in IOrderedDictionaryList sample C# implementation

Not really important, but the author seemed to want to organize the members of the IOrderedDictionary sample implementation to be grouped by the interface that each member implemented.

For this reason, I think the property
public object this[object key] belongs in the // IDictionary members section

But actually, even though the code is somewhat different, both pages have the same issue.
