Description

The group name in the gray background title is always pined at the top after clicking 'Scroll to Proboscis Monkey' button. Thus covering the name of the selected Proboscis Monkey.

Affected case:
Test Case 2085988: I9 -Scroll by object for grouped data.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Windows
2. Click or tap on category 'I' for 'CollectionView' -> "I9 Scrolling" page -> Scroll by object' for 'Grouped data'
3. Set ScrollToPosition to "MakeVisible" or "Start"
4. Click the 'Scroll to Proboscis Monkey' button

Actual Behavior:
The group name in the gray background header is always pinned at the top, thus covering the name of the selected Proboscis Monkey.

Expected result:
The group name in the gray header moves as the scroll and the Proboscis Monkey item in the Monkeys group scrolls into view.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression. It can also be reproduced on 9.0.40 & 9.0.0 & 9.0.0-preview.1.9973 & 8.0.100 & 8.0.3.
