Shell TabBar settings are ignored on iOS 26

If we use TabBar in AppShell.xaml, properties like TabBarBackgroundColor, TabBarTitleColor, TabBarUnselectedColor are ignored.

They work fine on iOS 18 but are ignored on iOS 26.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.105.1 with MAUI versions 9.0.0, 9.0.120, 10.0.0-rc1 and 10.0.0-rc2. It can be reproduced on the iOS 26 platform.
Note : It is working fine on iOS 18
