.NET 10: COM/IDispatchEx objects no longer support IReflect?

Hello .NET folks,

In .NET 9 and earlier, if a COM object implemented IDispatchEx, its RCW supported IReflect. In .NET 10 that no longer seems to be the case. This regression broke hundreds of our tests. Is it deliberate?
