Where do you want bugs around the Modernize Github Copilot agent reported?

Well, the title says it all..

I have been trying out the Modernize agent now for a few days, and there are a few annoying issues.. But, I don't really know where to report them...

The biggest is that it still doesn't recognize .NET 10 as a released platform when upgrading I really have to fight make it acknowledge .NET 10 as a released version, a another is that it doesn't handle version-less NuGet packages correctly during upgrade, it tends to want to remove them because there is no supported versions.

Thanks for answer, and that's what I was a bit afraid of due to the quality of that service :( But I'll try reporting my issues...
