For a new machine, It takes a long time to install the SDK by clicking "Install New .NET SDK" button in Ubuntu.

Describe the bug.

It takes a long time to install .NET when we use the install new .NET SDK button in VS Code.

Reproduction Steps

1.Install VS Code and latest C# devkit extension.
2.F1->welcome: open walkthrough -> Get started with C# Dev Kit -> Setup Your Environment -> Click the button to 'Install .NET SDK'-> Click "Install'

Expected Behavior

The installation takes a very short time.

It seems to be because there were some other packages to update.
