Thanks for adding your log file. Unfortunately, the download doesn't seem to be working. How large is the file? I wonder if it's larger than the GitHub limit.

I wouldn't expect that to be the case, though. If the log file is over 20 mb, I would try updating to the latest version, and run the 'reset Data command' by searching for it in the command settings. Click the box to show the command in our extension settings, restart vscode, type ctrl shift p, and search 'reset data', the .NET Tool Install command will appear. This will clear your VS Code storage cache.
