不是太能理解这样设计的目的，感觉给IsScrolling设定一个默认值，有需要的情况可以进行更改，更合理一点。 在我的需求场景中，二级弹窗中有一个下拉框。内容滚动，会导致下拉的内容被遮盖，使用的效果不是很好。

@LeiLei-Liu 非常理解，Dialog 组件使用的是 最早一版本的多级弹窗 先弹出的弹窗是会被隐藏的就没有这个问题，后来有很多人要求不隐藏后面的弹窗，所以目前都显示，就有这个问题了。而且多级弹窗这个参数不是不起作用而是一律强制使用 true 了。即窗口内滚动，实际使用中并无影响。 关联 Issue |

@ArgoZhang 感谢大神，通过"IsPopover": true的确解决了我的问题。我本来想的是通过一个全局样式no-scroll，然后通过ResultDialogOption的Class属性附加样式，通过no-scroll来覆盖.modal-dialog-scrollable的效果。 |

@LeiLei-Liu 所以尽量说自己遇到的问题。不要上来就说这个有 bug 那个有 bug。不能因为你的下拉框被遮挡了就说弹窗有 bug。 |
