As stated in #176 (comment), the ficus pulmilla under the stairs is actually growing really well, far out-growing the others.

I hypothesise that just like the avocado try next to it, it's because the end of the hose lives just over that soil and drip-waters it for the whole day.

I think it would be very worthwhile, outside of the rainy season to have a drip irrigation system for the others, which we could DIY in the SHORT term, because we have so many high priority projects.
Something like this but with a bigger water storage tank:

@iteles you appear to be sharing a product without sharing a link. 🔗 🤷‍♂️
We've had these water bottle based drip irrigators in the past, they work but require re-filling. 💧
Feel free to buy more and manage them. 👌
