Should this be a micro-utility or just add it to every other one that is replaced by crypto.randomUUID ?

hmm this isn't a UUID generator. it generates a base64 string and uses that as an ID.

so i think it needs to be its own mapping/replacement (a snippet). it isn't replaceable by randomUUID for example since its a different format
