In Step 2 height normalization.

What laserchicken actually does when normalizing, is span a temporary grid of 1m x 1m cells across the full area it is meant to be normaliziing. It then identifies the lowest lying point in each of these cells, and then normalizes the heiights of all points within that cell by that height. What this does, is to (largely) remove the influence of topology from the measured heights, resulting in a height above ground.
The cell size has a default of 1m but can be defined by the user.

We should adapt the tutorial accordingly
