[BUG] Wrong error message Constraint AASd-131

Describe the bug
Using the function File/Verify results in the error message

Invariant violated: Constraint AASd-131: Either the global asset ID shall be defined or at least one specific asset ID.

and

Invariant violated: Specific asset IDs must be either not set or have at least one item.

See Image 1.

I can see in my project only one globalAssetId. See image 2.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a new project
2. add a aas
3. ad any IDTA template
4. fill in some data
5. start File/Verify

Expected behavior
If only one globalAssetId and no specificAssetId is set this message must not be shown.

you clicked on the button for specificAssetids but did not add anything. Your editor should look like this, then there are not error messages

The problem is: as soon as you clicked it you can not reverse it...

It is only strange that in this case also

is raised, this should not be the case.
