[FEATURE] [asciidoc] extend tables with supplementalSemanticId #324

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For the very first table representing the SMT itself supplementalSemanticIds are not presented.
SupplementalSemanticIds are very usefull espeically for the use case that a SMT is derived from another one.
For the other tables it is the same but they are documented in the table first defining the corresponding collection or list.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add new line in each table to also include supplementalSemanticIds
