Http connection scaling against slow responding endpoints is failing and leading to dropped messages.

The configuration of the http-push-connection-dispatcher is not at the right place. This leads to issues like "Dropped message as result of backpressure strategy!" or "Outgoing HTTP request aborted: There are too many in-flight requests."
Scaling just this dispatcher thread pool alows for handling much more m/s (even agains slowly responding endpoints) without any other scaling.
