Describe the bug
WebKit-r72896.tar.bz2 is needed to build binaries/org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.${arch}.
The provided links to download WebKit-r72896.tar.bz2 aren't working anymore

To Reproduce
try to download WebKit-r72896.tar.bz2

Expected behavior
The download should work
