Developer app links to nonexistent 3.2.1 docs

When opening a link inside the developer app, e.g. https://docs.tabris.com/3.2.1/api/Action.html a 404 page is seen

Preliminarily fixes by uploading a copy of the 3.2 docs as 3.2.1. Should be fixed in the dev app eventually.
