Videos produced in Studio should be visible under "My videos" while they are being processed

Just like videos uploaded, they should appear at https://video.ethz.ch/~manage/videos. With a truck of course.

Unfortunately, this is significantly harder than for videos uploaded in Tobira directly :( Studio does not know about Tobira at all, so it cannot easily notify Tobira of "hey there is a video upcoming".

The only reasonable solution to this is to wait for the new data model in OC, with which this can be done.

The trinity of Tobira, Editor, and Studio is a hoax?

Not sure what you are asking exactly, but the trinity is certainly not perfect, because the only way these three things can communicate with one another is via Opencast. Which has problems, therefore leading to non-optimal UX between the parts of the trinity. Instead of applying even more duct-tape to the situation, this needs to be fixed at the core of everything: in Opencast.
