Fake fullscreen on iOS #1586
Description
While the fullscreen mode has been restored somewhat, it's not actually working as expected in that the iOS header and the browser footer remain visible:

Plus, the control bar of the Paella player does not disappear automatically after switching to fullscreen as it usually does; well, it actually does if you pause and restart the video by clicking the video.
