Migrating from Lich 4

Lich 4 to Lich 5 Upgrade instructions

1. Uninstall Ruby 2.5.5 from Add or Remove programs in Windows, Reboot.
2. Follow new install instructions. When complete exit the game and close your front end.
3. Navigate to your Old Lich data folder ~\lich\data and copy the entry.dat file.
   • Navigate to your New Lich 5 data folder ~\lich5\data and paste your entry.dat file.
4. Navigate to your Old Lich data folder ~\lich\data and copy the lich.db3 file.
   • Navigate to your New Lich 5 data folder ~\lich5\data and paste your lich.db3 file.
5. Navigate to your Old Lich data folder ~\lich\data and copy the alias.db3 file.
   • Navigate to your New Lich 5 data folder ~\lich5\data and paste your alias.db3 file.
6. Navigate to your Old Lich scripts custom folder ~\lich\scripts\custom and copy the contents
   • Navigate to your New Lich 5 scripts custom folder ~\lich5\scripts\custom and paste the contents
7. Navigate to your Old Lich profile folder ~\lich\scripts\profiles and copy your yaml files.
   • Navigate to your New Lich 5 profile folder ~\lich5\scripts\profiles and paste your yaml files.
8. All Done!
