Description
Dialog modal, flyout, field visible title should be announced for the users, especially using assistive technology to know what dialog modal, flyout opened, what field is active and what is needed to enter in it.

Preconditions
Analytics -> Machine Learning -> Anomaly Detection -> Jobs page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Expand row in the table and navigate to Model snapshots tab.
2.Navigate to Edit snapshot and press Enter.
3.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

  • Flyout is announced only as "dialog".

Expected Result

  • Flyout is announced with name "Edit snapshot dialog".

Notes:
Same with
-Navigate to Default button in the table and press Enter.
