Description
It is enough for user to hear the same information once upon reaching element.
Especially for the users using assistive technology.

Preconditions
Analytics -> Machine Learning -> Anomaly Detection -> Jobs page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to check box for selecting all rows and press Spacebar few times.
2.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

• When user press Spacebar on the check box to select/unselect it - announcement about state change is duplicated.

Expected Result

• When state changes, it is announced only one time.

Notes:
Similar with
-Navigate to check box in the first row below headers and observe screen reader. Result: name for check box is announced two times.
