Describe the bug
Filters applied on Detection Rules page in One Space retained on switching to Second Space.

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

VERSION: 8.18.0
BUILD: 82852
COMMIT: dae17b1f42873e0b3a53fbe6bf3482fc891800db

Pre Conditions

  1. Kibana v8.18.0 must be available.
  2. Multiple Spaces must be available.
  3. Prebuilt Elastic Rules must be installed in all Spaces.

Steps

  1. Login with user in First Space.
  2. Navigate to Security -> Rules -> Detection Rule (SIEM)
  3. Apply filters on rules list.
  4. Switch to Second Space.
  5. Navigate to Security -> Rules -> Detection Rule (SIEM)
  6. Observe that exact same filters will be retained that were applied to rules list in First Space.

Expected Result
Filters applied on Detection Rules page in One Space should not be retained on switching to Second Space.
