Fail to set icon on non windows

There is only x86 rcedit.exe in this package bundled, and I have error like "run apt install wine32:i386" on ubuntu 24.10
If I install it - even building become failed with errors like "loading kernel32.dll error"

Probably will be better use https://www.npmjs.com/package/rcedit package (there both x86/x64 versions) instead of manualy run it with spawn.
