EX to remember the last used homeserver when logging in

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As I encourage family members and 'non-matrix' folk to use ElementX I often guide them through the steps to login. This involves setting the homeserver to my own rather than matrix.org. Since this is non obvious to some users, they might not remember (or understand why) to do it again. It would be very helpful to save the last used homeserver as the default option so they don't try to log in to matrix.org in future erroneously.

And for the case of experienced Matrix users, it would save configuring that step each time you log in.

Describe the solution you'd like
The suggested homeserver is the last homeserver you logged in to. Or Matrix.org on first use of the app.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An option to set the homeserver in some configuration option on the sign-in screen, or perhaps in the settings afterwards. But that feels a bit awkward and extra steps.

Just a thought! No idea if I'm missing some gotcha's.

If I remember correctly that screen is meant to remember any server you have used before. Not sure where these sit on the roadmap though.
