[d3d9to9ex] Call of Duty: World At War crashes when alt-tabbing

If you have d3d9to9ex enabled, alt tabbing crashes the game with an error:

I suspect the issue is related to the Reset() function. With D3d9to9Ex, all managed resources are created in video memory. When Reset() is triggered (for example, during an Alt+Tab), all video memory resources are lost, which is not the behavior the game expects.
