As Elysia is using Bun as runtime environment, we may directly use React Email and import JSX directly to our base to send emails.

What is the reason for using renderToStaticMarkup rather than react-email's render?

There's a conflict between elysia/html and the react email integration as the options jsxFactory and jsxFragmentFactory options required by the underlying kitajs integration break react email (specifically, it can't render the emails).

Yeah that's typescript/bundler options at all
There was no way except bundle it twice and scoped (maybe as a library)

Fun fact: an additional tsconfig file, overriding the tsconfig in the root folder placed in the designated email source folder resolved it.
Might be worth it to add to the documentation.

Well... 1 issue after the other, I'm now struggling to actually send the emails.
For some reason it's not happy about JSX syntax and the previous tsconfig trick didn't resolve this one.
