Using lsp-mode over crdt buffers

I'm experimenting with crdt.el and it's working as intended but I was wondering if it was possible to have an lsp server work with it.

I see two possible solutions:

• The host (the one sharing its buffer that is in a project with an LSP workspace) receives LSP requests from the client sessions and answers to them
  • The big issue here is that the host computer is doing all the work and needs to answer to a lot of LSP request
• We trick LSP into thinking that the shared buffer is in fact a file in our current project and our own LSP is able to work on it.

Do you think the second solution is doable?
