[Chat][Overlay]: Only monthly token limit left is displayed for model when use model in chat #8969

Description

Steps:

1. in DIAL admin set token limits for any model for some specific role: per minute, day, week, month
2. in DIAL Chat select this model for user with set role
3. start chat wth model
4. hover over 'circle' icon

Actual results:
only limit per month is displayed

Use case/motivation

Need to display all limits , which were left for current user for used agent, as it displayed for model in chat catalog
